She learned how vital health and patient-focused care are during her physician’s assistant medical studies, clinical work, integrative and functional medicine fellowships, and doctorate studies. Dr. Jelena spent most of her life searching for ways to restore herself and patients to sustainable health and radiance. She knew she would practice medicine but wanted to focus on health preservation and revival instead of disease.
